Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the United States is generally estimated to take 4–6 business days after processing. Estimates are not guarantees.

We accept requests only for an item that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item confirmed in the order. Submit the request within 30 calendar days of delivery and contact us before returning anything.
