This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through this store, which is operated by Ant Group. We currently ship eligible orders to addresses in the United States.
Complimentary standard shipping
Complimentary standard shipping is offered for eligible orders shipped within the United States. Any available delivery method, charge, and estimate for your specific order will be shown during checkout before you submit payment.
Processing time
Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We may contact you if additional information is needed to process an order or if an item becomes unavailable.
Estimated transit time
After processing, standard delivery is generally estimated to take 4–6 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, address-verification issues, peak periods, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect timing.
